As a certified Community Housing Development Organization, we are honored to be one of the teams building homes in the Alice Court development in Grand Prairie. If you and your family are ready for home ownership, live in Grand Prairie, and earn less than 80% of the median family income for the city, you are eligible to apply to purchase on of the three homes we are building with Brickman Homes.
